AI Advisory · Governance-led adoption · UK-based

AI has arrived faster than anyone's understanding of what it can do.

Becoming a digitally native, AI-enabled organisation is a journey, and advisory is a critical part of it. Our role is to make sure AI is adopted and installed correctly across your business, with a layer of governance and control that is right for your organisation and fit for the purpose you are putting it to.

We assess strategy, people, process and technology, then advise on how best to deploy across the organisation. We are not here to build it for you.

The Ceiling

You've probably already had a go.

A free government workshop. An afternoon with a chatbot. A well-meaning attempt by someone on the team who reads about AI in their spare time. All useful for getting started, and all reaching the same ceiling: generic tools, generic advice, and no real way to tell whether the problem is the technology, or something underneath it.

We've watched a great deal of AI spend disappear over the past two years into tools nobody kept using. Most of it wasn't a technology problem.

The Approach

We take a reading across the whole business, not just the technology.

Before anyone mentions AI, we look at four things together: where you're trying to get to, how your people work, how work actually happens day to day, and what your current tools and technology can and can't do. Most AI advice looks at one of these. We look at all four, because that's usually where the real answer is. Governance runs across all of them.

01
Strategy

What growth actually looks like for you, and what's realistic in the next year or two.

02
People

How your team works today, and what they'll need to work well alongside new tools.

03
Process

Where time, quality or money quietly leak out of how things get done.

04
Technology

What your current systems can do, and where AI could genuinely help, or where it can't.

And across all four — governance

Adoption without control is just exposure.

Who is allowed to use what, on which data, checked by whom, and recorded how. We set the control layer alongside the rollout so the organisation can move quickly without losing sight of what its people are putting into a model — and so the position holds up to a client, a regulator or a framework audit.

How We Work Together

A straightforward, four-step way of working.

  1. STEP 01

    Talk it through

A conversation about where you want the business to be in a year or two. No proposal, no pressure.

  2. STEP 02

    See the full picture

We look across strategy, people, process and technology, and give you a plain, honest read on what's working and what isn't.

  3. STEP 03

    Agree a plan

Clear recommendations, some about how you work, some about where AI could help, in the order that suits your budget and pace. You decide what happens next.

  4. STEP 04

    Get support making it happen

Ongoing guidance as you put the plan into action, so you're never left figuring it out alone, and never paying for a technical team you don't need.

From live experience

We have already done this, including in our own businesses.

We are not speaking theoretically. The principals have specified, adopted and run AI across organisations from sole traders to large corporates, and inside the ventures we lead ourselves.

Global · Customer service

An AI chatbot and self-service suite across 16 countries

Helped deliver an automation and self-service customer service suite for a global operation, including selecting the cloud and chatbot platforms it runs on.

Consortium · Bid & delivery

Multiple models, in daily use, on our own work

Gemini, Claude and Copilot are embedded across the consortium's bid writing, design and delivery. We work faster and more accurately for it, and our tender win rate runs above 30%.

SME · Property

Automated enquiry handling in a live property business

An automated response system with Gemini-based tooling handling day-to-day enquiries, run by one of the principals in their own venture.

SME · Hospitality

Content and social media at Bollywood Bites

Canva, Gemini and ChatGPT running content and social media for a working hospitality venture — small-scale adoption, done properly.

Ways of Working Together

Straightforward, and scaled to your business.

We don't believe in one-size pricing, a solo consultancy and a 500-person manufacturer need different things. Here's roughly what to expect.

Initial conversation
A no-obligation call to establish fit. 30–45 minutes.
Free
Strategic diagnostic & maturity assessment
The full four-pillar read, and clear recommendations. Typically 2–4 weeks.
£3,500 – £15,000
AI advisory & ongoing support
Guidance putting the plan into action, scoped to what you need. Ongoing.
From £1,000/day, or £1,500–£3,000 monthly
Group workshops & training
AI literacy sessions for teams. Half-day to full-day.
£75 – £150 per person

Every engagement is scoped individually. These figures are a starting point for the conversation, not a fixed quote.

From one person to two thousand.

What matters isn't your size. It's the gap between how your business runs today and how it could run. We work with sole traders, family businesses, and organisations with teams in the thousands, and we scale our approach accordingly.

Where our role ends

We advise on how AI is best deployed across your organisation. We do not deploy it for you, and we are not here to build you an AI product from scratch. Where a build is needed we will say so plainly, and stay alongside you while a specialist partner does it. The one exception is AI Bid Acceleration, a fixed-scope, governed setup of a bid assistant for bid teams.

Business people first.

Between us, we bring over three decades of hands-on operational experience, corporate strategy work with organisations across sectors from technology to hospitality, and direct experience building and running AI-driven automation at scale.

We're not a technology vendor with something to sell you. We're the people who'll tell you honestly when AI isn't the answer yet.

Confidentiality

Much of our work is confidential by nature. We're used to working under NDA, and discretion is standard practice, not an add-on.

Questions

What people usually ask.

Do you build and deploy the AI systems yourselves?

No. We advise on how AI should be adopted, governed and rolled out, and we stay closely involved while your team or a specialist partner does the building. You will always know exactly who is doing what. The one exception is our fixed-scope AI Bid Acceleration service for bid teams.

Is this just Six Sigma with an AI label on it?

No. Process improvement is part of what we bring, but the diagnostic looks at strategy and people just as closely as process. AI is one possible outcome, not the starting assumption.

How long does the diagnostic take?

Typically two to four weeks, depending on the size of your business and how many people we need to speak to.

We don't have a big budget. Is this still worth a conversation?

Usually, yes. The initial conversation is free, and we'll tell you honestly if what you need is smaller than a full diagnostic.

Do you work outside the UK?

Our roots and most of our client base are UK based, and we do work with businesses further afield where the fit is right. We also hold a place on the Bahrain Tender Board consultancy and advisory framework.

Start with a conversation, not a proposal.

Thirty minutes, no obligation, and an honest answer about whether we can help.
